CRL200MSYC is a high-speed and high-precision CNC turning center, equipped with dual electric spindles, twelve station servo power tool holder, and high rigidity roller linear guide rail. It has Y-axis function and dual C-axis function, and can complete the turning and milling of workpieces. Specially suitable for processing all or most of the processes in one clamping of parts.
Detailed description:
1) Adopting a flat bed and inclined saddle structure, the internal rib shape is optimized using 3D design software to improve the stiffness and stability of large components and the entire machine. The bed body, saddle, and sliding plate are made of high-strength cast iron, which undergoes two aging treatments to eliminate stress. It has high strength and good shock absorption, effectively suppressing the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting forces.
2) The spindle box and auxiliary spindle box adopt an electric spindle structure, with high spindle speed, good rigidity, fast dynamic response, and improved machining roundness and surface accuracy. The dual electric spindle structure can exchange workpieces at high speed, and with the help of a 12 station servo tool holder, it can achieve the processing of all or most of the processes of the workpiece, greatly saving clamping and processing time and improving processing efficiency. The dual C-axis function can perform workpiece indexing and surface interpolation machining on any spindle.
3) The X, Y, Z, and W direction guide rail pairs adopt linear roller guide rail pairs, with low dynamic and static friction, and can move quickly up to 30/10/30/30m/min in X/Y/Z/W direction.
4) The machine tool with thermal error compensation function can monitor the overall temperature changes of the machine tool in real time, and intelligently correct the machining parameters of the machine tool, improving the stability of machine tool machining.
5) The knife holder adopts an integrated BMT twelve station servo power knife tower, which has good rigidity, fast tool changing speed, and high precision.
