Precision transmission system: it uses high-precision worm transmissions, ball screws, linear guides and other transmission components, as well as advanced CNC systems and encoders to achieve high-precision motion control. The transmission accuracy can reach the level of 0.001mm, and the rotation accuracy can reach the level of angular seconds.
Real-time error compensation: Some high-performance five-coordinate machining rotary tables are equipped with precision detection equipment, such as laser interferometers and ball sensors, which can track and compensate for errors caused by temperature changes, mechanical wear and other factors in real time, ensuring the stability of the machining accuracy.

Multi-axis communication processing: five coordinate axes can move coordinated at the same time, and complex curvilinear surfaces, inclined surfaces and special shape structures can be processed at the same time.
