COORAY CRL-52MY is a compact device equipped with 12 servo turret cutters, high cutting stiffness, and capable of processing complex multi process products. Efficient, high-precision, and low vibration ensure the precision and stability of workpiece processing.
Detailed description:
The integrated foundation is cast on a 45 ° inclined bed, which occupies a small area but provides a large quality;
Capable of processing the turning process of brass, bronze, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and hard plastics, with a maximum bar diameter of Φ 45mm or a maximum single workpiece diameter of Φ 380mm.
High rigidity cast iron provides the possibility of higher hardness materials and better smoothness (smaller roughness). T46 is equipped with a CNC programmable hydraulic tailstock and a 12 station servo turret. High rigidity cutting, suitable for processing complex multi process products such as long axis turning, drilling, tapping, etc.
Equipped with an automatic lubrication system to ensure a smooth and long-lasting transmission system.
