Finishing VDI blocks are used in CNC lathes and CNC machining centers for fixing lathe cutters, spreading, cutting cutters, body drills, chunks, etc. d. It is a quick tool replacement system that ensures fast and accurate attachment to the revolver head with a VDI-type mounting.
The VDI tool blocks are selected depending on the direction of rotation of the spindle, the location of the machine head (left or right), the type of turning, as well as the determining size (20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60 mm).

VDI V4 series, static stationary VDI unit, reservoirs radial reverse, left, short. Tail standard DIN 69880 (GOST 24900).
