Accurate indexing: The front and rear synchronous servo motors can operate in precise coordination, ensuring highly accurate indexing positioning during the rotation of the turntable. 1. Two-disc design: has two discs, which can clamp two or more workpieces for processing at the same time. Compared with single-disc rotary table, it can greatly improve processing efficiency, reduce clamping time and blank waiting time, increase processing performance per unit time, and is suitable for large-scale series production.
2. Fast response and high speed: servo motors have the characteristics of fast response and can start, stop and change the direction of rotation quickly. It can also operate stably at a higher speed, reducing idle time and processing process time, as well as improving the overall processing efficiency.
3. Front and rear synchronous drive: the front and rear servo motors are actuated synchronously, so that the turntable is subjected to more uniform force during rotation, which avoids problems such as insufficient torque and unbalanced load that may arise due to drive from a single motor, which enhances the stability of the rotary table under high-speed rotation and high-load machining, and also ensures the machining quality and reliability of the equipment.
4.
