Product Description
Recently, Foshan Kurui Machinery officially launched its COORAY CRDT200-UD interpolation Y-axis upper and lower power turret dual-spindle multi-tasking machine tool. With its core advantages of "high precision + high efficiency", it brings a brand-new solution to the field of precision machining.
This machine tool adopts a dual-spindle and dual-turret design, which can complete complex processes such as turning, milling, drilling and tapping in one single clamping. It is equipped with the German Sauter 16-station BMT55 servo power turret, with a tool change repeat positioning accuracy of 0.003mm. All 16 stations can be fitted with 90°/0° live tools, combining fast tool change speed with strong milling rigidity.
In terms of spindle configuration, the main spindle of CRDT200-UD adopts an A2-6 SYNTEC 18.5KW or FANUC 22KW built-in electric spindle, and the sub-spindle is equipped with an 11KW built-in electric spindle. It produces less vibration and thermal deformation during high-speed operation, with spindle runout less than 2μm, which can meet the processing requirements of high precision and high surface quality. The dual-channel design supports the simultaneous and independent processing of the main and sub-spindles, greatly shortening the total processing time.
In terms of transmission and structure, the X/Y/Z axes of the equipment are all driven by 1.8KW servo motors, matched with high-precision double ball screws. The guide rails are 45/35 roller guide rails (with a lead of 12/10mm), ensuring positioning and repeat accuracy. Key components such as the machine bed and motor base adopt an integrated connection structure to enhance mechanical rigidity.
Notably, its interpolation Y-axis mechanical structure keeps the center of gravity of the turret within the range of the saddle slide rail at all times, significantly improving milling rigidity. The long Y-axis stroke of ±50mm enables the processing of complex parts and large-diameter workpieces in a compact space, balancing flexibility and practicality.
Foshan Kurui Machinery stated that the CRDT200-UD will mainly target fields with high requirements for processing precision and efficiency, such as precision hardware and auto parts, providing more efficient multi-tasking machining solutions for industry customers.
