Product Description

In terms of basic structure and machining capability, the Cooray CRL700T demonstrates outstanding advantages among equipment of the same class. The equipment adopts a 45° integral cast slant bed structure, which not only ensures the overall rigidity and stability of the machine tool but also realizes rapid chip removal through optimized design, avoiding the impact of chip accumulation on precision and equipment service life during the machining process.
In terms of core performance, the spindle system of the CRL700T can be called the "power core". The equipment is equipped with a spindle unit designed with a gearbox, with a maximum spindle power of 30kW and a peak torque of up to 2176N·m. The spindle speed range covers 1200-3000r/min. Even when facing difficult-to-machine materials such as high-strength alloys, it can achieve stable heavy-duty cutting and significantly improve machining efficiency. At the same time, the CRL700T offers a variety of spindle through-hole specifications, corresponding to a bar passage diameter of 75mm-220mm, which can be flexibly configured according to the machining needs of pipes of different sizes, further expanding the applicable scenarios of the equipment.
To meet the personalized needs of customers in different industries, the CRL700T provides a wealth of optional configurations, including hydraulic steady rests (suitable for workpiece diameters of 20mm-350mm), double chuck clamping systems, coolant chillers, automatic tool setters, chip conveyors, etc., which can be flexibly selected according to machining scenarios. In terms of the tailstock, it is equipped with a standard programmable hydraulic tailstock. The tailstock body is moved by a hydraulic motor through a gear rack, and the tailstock sleeve is pushed by a hydraulic cylinder. All actions are controlled by M codes. The tailstock travel covers 1100mm-5100mm, which is suitable for machining workpieces of different lengths.
