As an important achievement of the Cooray brand's in-depth cultivation in horizontal lathe technology, the CRL600T series inherits the brand's core pursuit of "high efficiency, stability and precision" and achieves multiple breakthroughs in structural design and performance configuration. In terms of rigidity and stability, the equipment adopts a 45° inclined bed structure, matched with 45mm roller linear guides for the X/Z axes. At the same time, through the design of a low-center-of-gravity and widened bed, and combined with FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis to optimize the bed structure, it fundamentally ensures high rigidity and anti-vibration capabilities during the machining process, laying a solid foundation for high-precision machining. The spindle box is made of high-density cast iron with reinforcing ribs cast on the outside, and the internal configuration of double-row roller bearings further enhances the rigidity and efficiency of spindle power transmission, enabling it to easily handle heavy-duty cutting scenarios.
In terms of machining efficiency and range, the CRL600T series demonstrates strong adaptability. The equipment is equipped with a turret driven by a high-efficiency servo motor, which can effectively reduce non-cutting time. It has a maximum machining diameter of 610mm and maximum machining lengths covering 1000mm and 1500mm respectively, which can meet the machining needs of large pipe and shaft components of different specifications. The CRL600T supports the optional configuration of single-column and double-column hydraulic steady rests as well as servo-controlled programmable follow rests. Combined with the hydraulically programmable automatic tailstock, it further improves the stability and automation level of long workpiece machining.
