1. Dual-Spindle Synergy
The main spindle (A2-6/3-jaw 8-inch chuck) and sub-spindle (A2-5/3-jaw 6-inch chuck) operate in simultaneous motion, enabling continuous machining of both ends of components without secondary clamping. This reduces machining errors and shortens production cycles, making it ideal for complex parts such as medical implants, and boosting efficiency by over 40% compared with traditional equipment. For oil seal machining, the precision VDI turret system ensures machining accuracy.
2. Y-Axis Expansion Capability
The Y-axis with a stroke of ±50mm is paired with a BMT45 power turret and a 5000rpm power head motor, enabling milling of complex curved surfaces. It completes turning, milling, drilling, boring and other processes in a single clamping, reducing production losses.

1. Stable Structure
The one-piece cast bed made of HT300 undergoes tempering and 90 days of natural aging to enhance rigidity. A patented oil-cooled hydraulic station and liquid-cooled axial motor control temperature rise, ensuring long-term machining precision.

Equipped with PMI&KET P-class guide rail pairs and C3-class ball screw pairs, the X/Z1/Z2 axes feature a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.002mm and a minimum input increment of 0.001mm.
3. Durable Details
Koyo P4-class ball screw bearings, sine-cosine magnetic ring encoders and suspended internal protection extend equipment service life and reduce operation and maintenance costs.
