The overall rigidity, dynamic and static stiffness, mechanical structure of key components, protection and cooling systems of the machine are developed in accordance with the standards of turning centers. This is a fully functional CNC machine tool featuring excellent rigidity and precision, superior precision retention, high productivity, user-friendly operation, aesthetic appearance and outstanding anti-leakage performance.
The machine adopts a high-strength cast iron bed and a 45-degree slant guide rail. It is configured with a high-precision through-hole spindle structure and boasts excellent anti-vibration performance. Equipped with a multi-position electric tool holder, it enables tool changing in close proximity. The machine is fitted with the GSK988 CNC system, which realizes dual-channel control. It can turn all types of internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces and all kinds of threads, as well as perform drilling, reaming, boring, rolling and counterboring operations.
