The COORAY CRL700/800 series horizontal turning centers are high-performance machining equipment specially designed to meet the demands of the Russian market. The swing diameters over the bed are φ780mm for the CRL700 and φ850mm for the CRL800 respectively. The spindle through-hole diameter ranges from φ88mm to φ220mm, compatible with pipe processing of various specifications from 75mm to 220mm, greatly improving machining flexibility.
 
The Z-axis travel of the CRL700/800 series can reach up to 5000mm, making it particularly suitable for continuous machining of long pipes and meeting the high-precision processing requirements for pipe fittings in the petroleum, chemical and other industries. Equipped with a BMT65 power tool turret, the machine features a 0.5-second indexing time and a maximum rotating tool speed of 4000r/min, enabling integrated machining operations including turning, milling, drilling and tapping, further enhancing processing efficiency.
 
In addition, the CRL700/800 series adopts a 45° integrally cast slant bed structure, delivering high rigidity and deformation resistance to ensure stability under heavy-duty machining.
