COORAY’s brand-new CR-5MC TG1200 5-axis CNC machining center makes a stunning debut in the Russian market. Boasting a 3-ton ultra-heavy load capacity and 10,000 N·m class torque, it has become top-tier processing equipment for high-end molds, energy equipment and other industrial fields. Equipped with RTCP true 5-axis simultaneous machining technology and coordinated by 9 servo motors, the machine delivers an A-axis torque of 20,000 N·m (peak 40,000 N·m). The maximum table load reaches 3,000 kg, enabling the machining of ultra-heavy workpieces up to 3 tons.
The machine adopts an integrated frame and 3DD direct-drive structure, supported by a Z-axis four-rail design. The rapid traverse speed of X/Y/Z axes reaches 72 m/min, with a positioning accuracy of ±0.004 mm. It comes standard with a 36-tool magazine (72-tool optional), and the electric spindle torque is 300/510 N·m. Featuring ultra-high rigidity and excellent thermal stability, the box-in-box gantry structure ensures machining accuracy, providing a benchmark-level solution for ultra-heavy-duty precision machining in Russia. It is widely compatible with scenarios such as CNC lathe machine, vertical machining center, CNC milling machine, multi-tasking CNC machine, Swiss-type lathe, grinding machine, wire EDM machine, precision turning lathe, vertical lathe, automated CNC machining equipment, and can undertake various metal parts CNC machining requirements.
