The standout feature of the CRL52MSE lies in its main and secondary dual-spindle design, with both spindles equipped with permanent magnet synchronous direct-drive motors, enabling full-process machining of components in a single clamping. The main spindle is fitted with an A2-6 8-inch chuck, while the secondary spindle is equipped with an A2-5 6-inch chuck and features an effective stroke of 540mm. It can directly take over components machined by the main spindle to complete subsequent processes without secondary clamping, drastically reducing process changeover time and positioning errors. Paired with a BMT45 power turret and a 5000rpm power head motor, it supports multi-process composite machining including turning, milling, drilling and boring.   • High-precision transmission system: Equipped with PMI & KET P-class guide rail pairs and C3-class ball screw pairs, the X/Z1/Z2 axes achieve a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.002mm with a minimum setting unit of only 0.001mm, ensuring micron-level machining precision.
  • Thermal deformation resistant design: Fitted with a patented oil-cooled hydraulic station and liquid-cooled axial motor, it effectively controls equipment temperature rise, mitigates thermal deformation and significantly extends the service life of motors, ball screws and bearings.
