COORAY CRDT200-LR Dual-Spindle Turn-Mill Machine Launched by Foshan Kurui Machinery: Precision & Efficiency Redefined

Recently, COORAY, the brand under Foshan Kurui Machinery Co., Ltd., officially released its new high-precision processing equipment — the CRDT200-LR Interpolation Y-axis Dual Power Turret Dual Spindle Turn-Mill Machine. With the innovative design of "completing multi-processes in one clamping", it brings dual upgrades in efficiency and precision to the precision manufacturing industry.
The CRDT200-LR adopts a dual-spindle dual-turret structure, equipped with a German Sauter 16-station BMT55 servo power turret, which achieves a tool change repeat positioning accuracy of 0.003mm. All 16 stations are compatible with 90°/0° live tools, enabling complex processes such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping to be completed in a single clamping, greatly reducing clamping errors and auxiliary time.
In terms of spindle configuration, the main spindle uses an A2-6 SYNTEC 18.5KW or FANUC 22KW built-in electric spindle, while the sub-spindle is matched with an 11KW built-in electric spindle. It has less vibration and thermal deformation under high-speed operation, with spindle runout <2μm, which can meet the processing requirements of high precision and high surface quality. The dual-channel design supports simultaneous independent processing of the main and sub-spindles, directly shortening the overall processing cycle.
To ensure long-term processing stability, the CRDT200-LR is equipped with high-precision double ball rods on all axes, paired with 40/32mm large-lead lead screws (12/10mm pitch) and 45/35 roller guides. Core components such as the machine body and motor base adopt an integrated connection structure, significantly improving rigidity and precision retention. The innovative Y-axis mechanical structure keeps the turret's center of gravity within the saddle range, with a Y-axis stroke of ±50mm, enabling efficient processing of complex parts even in a compact space.
