Recently, COORAY, the brand under Foshan kurui Machinery Co., Ltd., officially launched its new product — the ML1000 tailstock-equipped power turret turn-mill lathe. Centered on a self-developed high-power electric spindle and multi-station servo turret, this model further strengthens COORAY’s technical competitiveness in the precision machining equipment sector.
As COORAY’s new machine model, the ML1000 is equipped with the brand’s self-developed A2-8 electric spindle (26KW power), which combines fast response speed and high processing efficiency. It is paired with a BMT65-12-station servo power turret — featuring ample stations, high precision and strong cutting rigidity — enabling efficient completion of turn-mill composite machining processes.
In terms of performance configuration, the ML1000’s XYZ axes all adopt 2.5KW high-power motors, paired with 32mm large-lead (10mm pitch) screw guides. The drag plate table can move at a speed of up to 30m/min, significantly accelerating the machining rhythm. The screw nut uses a double-nut structure, and the bearing is fixed — this not only enhances cutting rigidity but also ensures the stability of long-term machining precision.
In addition, the ML1000 continues COORAY’s high-end design philosophy: it has a sleek and exquisite appearance, and the machine bed, motor frame, bearing seat and X-axis carriage adopt an integrated structure. While achieving a compact mechanical layout, this further strengthens the equipment’s structural rigidity, helping the brand solidify its high-end image in the industry.
