The main spindle (A2-6/3-jaw 8-inch chuck) and sub-spindle (A2-5/3-jaw 6-inch chuck) operate in simultaneous motion, enabling continuous machining of both ends of components without secondary clamping. This reduces machining errors and shortens production cycles, making it ideal for complex parts such as medical implants, and boosting efficiency by over 40% compared with traditional equipment. For oil seal machining, the precision VDI turret system ensures machining accuracy.
2. Y-Axis Expansion Capability
