The spindle pull tube features a through-hole diameter of 65mm (75/91mm optional), paired with an A2-6 3-jaw 8-inch large through-hole chuck. It enables smooth passage of long shaft and tubular parts, allowing two-end machining to be completed without secondary clamping — an ideal fit for application scenarios such as new energy vehicle shafts and medical catheters.
 

3-Axis Linkage Composite Machining

 
Equipped with a Y-axis with a stroke of ±50mm, a BMT55 power turret and a power head motor with a maximum speed of 4000rpm, the machine achieves high-precision milling of complex curved surfaces and special-shaped contours. It completes all processes including turning, milling, drilling and boring in a single clamping, significantly boosting machining efficiency.
