Boasting a large through-hole design, 3-axis linkage capability and thermal shock resistance technology, it delivers a highly efficient solution for the precision machining of long shaft and tubular parts in the automotive, electronics, medical device and other industries.
I. Large Through-Hole + 3-Axis Linkage, Breaking Machining Boundaries
Centrally designed with "large through-hole + Y-axis linkage", the CRL200MYE is perfectly tailored for the high-efficiency machining of long shaft parts:
Large Through-Hole Spindle Design
The spindle pull tube features a through-hole diameter of 65mm (75/91mm optional), paired with an A2-6 3-jaw 8-inch large through-hole chuck. It enables smooth passage of long shaft and tubular parts, allowing two-end machining to be completed without secondary clamping — an ideal fit for application scenarios such as new energy vehicle shafts and medical catheters.
3-Axis Linkage Composite Machining
Equipped with a Y-axis with a stroke of ±50mm, a BMT55 power turret and a power head motor with a maximum speed of 4000rpm, the machine achieves high-precision milling of complex curved surfaces and special-shaped contours. It completes all processes including turning, milling, drilling and boring in a single clamping, significantly boosting machining efficiency.

The one-piece cast HT300 bed undergoes tempering and natural aging for over 90 days. Combined with a patented oil-cooled hydraulic station and liquid-cooled axial motor, it effectively controls equipment temperature rise and ensures consistent machining precision during prolonged operation.
High-Precision Transmission System
Adopting PMI & KET P-class guide rail pairs and C3-class ball screw pairs, the X/Z/Y axes achieve a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.002mm with a minimum setting unit of only 0.001mm, meeting the stringent requirements of precision manufacturing.
Detail-Oriented Design for Extended Service Life
Configurations including Koyo P4-class ball screw bearings, sine-cosine magnetic ring encoders and suspended internal protection further enhance the equipment's stability and service life.
