The CRL200MC is a high-speed, high-precision CNC turning center. The machine is equipped with dual electric spindles, a twelve-station servo-driven tool holder, and a high-rigidity cylindrical linear guide rail. It has dual Y-axis and C-axis functions and can complete turning and milling of workpieces. It is especially suitable for processing all or most operations in a single clamping for cutting.
Detailed description:
1) Depending on the flat bed and inclined saddle structure, the internal rib shape has been optimized using 3D design software to improve the rigidity and stability of large components and the entire machine. The bed body, saddle, and slide plate are made of high-strength cast iron, which undergoes two aging treatments to eliminate stress. It has high strength and good shock absorption, effectively suppressing the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting forces.
2) The main spindle box and sub-spindle box adopt an electric spindle structure, with high spindle speed, good rigidity, fast dynamic response, and improved roundness in operation and surface accuracy. The dual electric spindle structure can quickly switch workpieces, and with the help of the 12-station servo tool holder, it can achieve processing of all or most workpiece operations, greatly saving clamping and processing time and improving processing efficiency. The dual C-axis function can perform workpiece indexing, workpiece indexing, and surface machining on any spindle.
