COORAY BF100L/BF125L CNC Vetical lathe
We provide customers with high-speed, high-precision, high rigidity, and heavy-duty CNC vertical turning centers with added dynamic columns and X-axis three line rail large-span structures.
The BF100L/BF125L series has a large rotation and cutting diameter, suitable for machining larger parts. It is equipped with a high torque spindle motor and can be optionally equipped with a two-stage gearbox to achieve greater torque output. The automatic shifting enables speed switching between low-speed rough machining and high-speed precision machining.  
Detailed description:
1) Base: To provide high rigidity, high precision, and strong guarantee for long-term heavy cutting, our base is an integrated box structure designed with thick and multi-layer rib walls. Finite element analysis is carried out through specialized design software to ensure the stability and rigidity of the structure and effectively suppress deformation.
2) Column: Adopting a unique wall panel style and dynamic column structure, with an X-direction human span three guide rail design, it provides strong cutting ability and ensures the stability of the machine tool's accuracy in cutting state.
3) Spindle: Using Taiwanese spindle units, each spindle undergoes dynamic balance correction to ensure high-speed machining stability and long-term use stability.
4) Linear guide rail: Adopting Taiwan's high rigidity and low friction coefficient ultra heavy load linear guide rail, it can achieve high-speed feed to reduce guide rail wear, ensure machine accuracy, meet machining accuracy requirements, and also achieve high load cutting.
5) Knife tower: Adopting hydraulic turret, electric motor tool change, hydraulic locking, more efficient and stable.
6) Accuracy testing: The machine tool is inspected for the accuracy of each motion axis by a national quality inspection center through a laser interferometer before leaving the factory, minimizing the screw pitch error and improving the positioning accuracy of the machine tool.
