The X and Y axes use servo motors, while the U, V, and Z axes use hybrid motors or servo motors, equipped with 5-axis hand pulse, making the movement of the machine tool convenient and fast.
The controller adopts five axis digital control including X, Y, U, V, and Z, and has functions such as automatic edge finding and automatic center finding
The water nozzle (eye mask) is equipped with an automatic lifting system, which can get as close to the surface of the workpiece as possible. This greatly improves the accuracy and smoothness of the processed surface.
Adopting a bidirectional automatic steel wire tensioning device, the tightness of the tungsten wire can be tracked in real time, solving the problem of steel wire vibration
