The strength, dynamic and static stiffness, mechanical structure of main components, protection, cooling, etc. of the whole machine are designed according to the turning center. 
The Y-axis has a large stroke and can meet the milling needs of larger workpieces. It is a fully functional CNC machine tool with good rigidity accuracy, good precision retention, high production efficiency, pleasant operation, beautiful appearance, and ideal leak prevention effect. The machine tool adopts a high-strength cast iron integral bed structure, 45 degree inclined guide rail, high-precision through-hole spindle structure, and good seismic performance. The machine tool is equipped with a multi station electric tool holder, allowing for nearby tool changes. The machine tool is equipped with GSK988 CNC system, which realizes two axis control of the machine tool. It can rotate various inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, circular arc surfaces, various threads, and perform drilling, expansion, hinge, rolling, and boring processes.
